  Graduate’s Grilled Kabobs  
 

Prep Time: 10 min.
Cook time: 15-20 min.
Ready In: 30 min.

Ingredients:
¼ cup of olive oil
2 tbsp. of Lavender Gourmet Seasoning Buy this product
½ tsp. Lemon juice
2 lbs. Beef Sirloin Steak, cut into 1-½ inch cubes
1 fresh pineapple peeled, cored, and cubed
1-½ lbs. of assorted vegetables (mushrooms, peppers, cherry tomatoes).

Directions: In bowl, mix liquid ingredients and gourmet seasoning. Briefly marinate or baste meat. Blanch vegetables if you wish, drain and set aside. Preheat grill for high heat. Thread vegetables and meat onto skewers in an alternating fashion. Cook kabobs on the prepared grill to desired doneness.

Yields approximately 8 kabobs

     
     
   Lavender Herb Beef Won Tons by Crystal Waikiki 
 

Makes: 24 Won Tons
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes

1 package Won ton Pi wrappers
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1 cup Kula (or round) Onion – diced
1-2 tbs Lavender Gourmet seasoning Buy this product
1 tbs Soy sauce
Dash of salt and pepper, vegetable Oil

Mix ground beef, egg, onion, lavender seasoning, soy sauce, salt & pepper in large bowl.
Wrap 1 tbs of beef mixture in won ton pi wrapper.
Close ends of won ton pi wrapper with water, by dipping finger tips in water & running along edges to seal the bottom edge to top edge.
Fry in one inch of oil on medium heat until won ton is crispy

Yields 24 Won Tons
