Lavender Honey Barbeque Chicken

4 whole chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
seasoned salt
garlic salt
pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 bottle bbq
Lavender Honey 1/2 cup- Buy
this item
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup flour
Slice chicken into 1/2 inch strips (can use any size
or type to suit your needs, works well with wings). Place the chicken
in a large bowl and coat with Worcestershire.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt, garlic salt and pepper. Put oil into frying
pan and heat to med/high to fry chicken.
In a bowl, coat pieces of chicken with flour. Fry chicken in a skillet
with oil on medium/high heat until golden brown.
Mix BBQ sauce and honey in a small bowl.
Place chicken on a cookie sheet or oven pan. Brush or drizzle BBQ and
Honey mix over chicken and bake at 400F for 10 min.
Remove chicken - baste again with BBQ and Honey mix and return to oven
and bake for an additional 10 minutes. |

Lavender chicken and feta meatballs

1 pound chicken breast ground
2/3 C crumbled feta cheese
Lavender Pepper Seasoning Buy
this product
2 whole eggs
1 t salt
1 T chopped parsley
1 T chopped chives
2 T chopped Kalamata olives
bread crumbs
Mix chicken with herbs, salt, olives, and freshly ground
Lavender Pepper Seasoning. When mixed well, add eggs,
cheese, and enough bread crumbs to make a stiff mixture. Roll into balls
approx. 1 inch around, and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake
in 350 degree oven until cooked through. Serve with lavender mint
yogurt.
1 C low fat yogurt
1 T Lavender herb vinegar
1/2 t salt
Fresh cracked Lavender pepper seasoning
1 T chopped mint leaves
Whisk all together and chill

Crispy Baked Chicken Wings with Sweet and Sour Sauce |

Makes about 20 pieces

Sauce:
1 cup Lavender Lilikoi Jelly or Lavender Waiawi Jam

2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup Lavender vinegar
Wings:
2 pounds chicken wings
1/3 cup grainy mustard
3 tablespoons Canola Oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil; spray with
non stick cooking spray, set aside. Combine all sauce ingredients in
a small saucepan. Heat just until sugar is melted, set aside.
Disjoint chicken wings, discard tips. Rinse and pat dry with a paper
towel. In a large bowl, combine grainy mustard, Canola Oil, salt, Lavender
Pepper Seasoning and cayenne pepper; add chicken wings and
toss to coat. Place coated chicken wings on prepared sheet. Spray each
wing thoroughly with non stick cooking spray. Bake 25 minutes, turning
once.
Remove from oven, increase oven temperature to broil. Brush chicken
wings with Sweet and Sour Sauce; return to oven and broil about 2 minutes
or until golden brown and crisp. Serve with remaining Sweet and Sour
Sauce for dipping.

1/4 head of Won Bok Chinese cabbage
1/8 head of Red Cabbage
1/2 of a Red Bell pepper
1/2 of a Yellow Bell pepper
1/2 of a Orange Bell pepper
1 small carrot – julienne cut
Garnish won ton strips
Organic Kula Greens
Cut and mix all salad ingredients together. Pour the
Lavender Herb Dressing over the salad and toss right
before serving. Place seasoned chicken strips over salad and serve. |

1 to 2 lbs of Boneless/Skinless Chicken Thighs
Preparing Chicken:
In Medium bowl place chicken thighs, Lavender Herb Dressing
& Lavender Gourmet Seasoning, mix well. Chicken may be
cut into strips if desired. Cook over medium heat till done. Also great
when cooked on BBQ grill.
Sauce:
In medium saucepan over medium heat cook soy sauce, Lavender
Sugar & Lavender Lilikoi Jelly together, stirring until
sauce gets thick.
Pour over chicken and serve with rice or potatoes. Excellent over salad
greens too! |
