We bought this product for ourselves and as souvenirs while visiting the Lavender Farm in 2006. We make sure we never run out, and everyone we give it to loves it as well!!!

I have three drawers of Penzey spices and other culinary mixtures. After buying this at the Lavender Farm in April, I haven't used anything else. I use it in my egg bakes, parmesean chicken, salads, roasted veggies, tomato caprese salad, dips, sauces. I buy four containers at a time so I won't run out and can gift it to friends when they visit. Lyn

I found this seasoning to be best on chicken and pork chops. It has just the right amount of lavender flavor although it is slightly on the salty side, which I don't mind but some people may. I just don't worry about adding any salt to the recipe.
