Gourmet Lavender Hummus Dip

2 15-ounce cans chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup water
2 tsp Lavender Gourmet Seasoning
Add chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, water, and seasoning to a food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy (if needed, add more water one tablespoon at a time and continue blending until it reaches your desired consistency).
Transfer to a bowl. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil and top with toasted pine nuts if desired.
Serve with toasted baguette, warm pita bread, or crackers.
