Honey-Lavender Granola

Prep time: 10 minutes   Cook time: 30 minutes


2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup shredded coconut
2/3 cup honey (optional Lavender Honey)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon dried culinary lavender
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
3/4 cup golden raisins or cranberries



In a large bowl mix together the oats, seeds, almonds, coconut, lavender and sea salt.

In a separate bowl mix together the honey and vanilla. Pour wet ingredients in with the dry, mixing till evenly coated.

Spread mixture on a greased baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through

Lower heat to 200 degrees. Bake another 10 minutes.

Store in an air tight container for one week or so.
