Health & Beauty Recipe: Lavender Almond Milk Bath

Here's a vegan, gluten-free version of a skin-nourishing milk bath scented with remarkably calming and relaxing lavender oil.

 

Ingredients:

1/4 cup raw almonds
3/4 cup water
48 drops lavender oil

Directions

Measure all ingredients into blender.

Puree until a milky slurry forms.

Pour mixture into a cheesecloth lined sieve, allow to drain and squeeze out liquid and discard the solids.

Add strained, lavender-scented almond milk to bath water, enjoy.
