Easy Exchanges and Returns
Simply return the product to us for a refund or merchandise credit. Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid. Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. There is no refund or credit given to any product being returned after 30 days. Refunds may also be taken in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase online, if so desired. Opened culinary products cannot be returned due to food safety regulations, unless it was received damaged or faulty. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return.

When returning an item, please pack item securely enclosing a copy of your packing slip or invoice for quick reference, along with reason for return and instructions on whether you’d like a refund or merchandise credit. Please use the shipper of your choice (USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc) for returns. Send to: Alii Kula Lavender, 1100 Waipoli Road, Kula, Hawaii 96790, Attention: Customer Service. **If for some reason you’ve received a product you did not order or it was damaged, please contact us to receive a return packing label.
