Ali’i Kula Lavender Farm Island Partners

In the tradition of Sustainable Aloha, we find ways to support local business and organizations as much as possible.  You can see this on display in our gallery shop and our community involvements.

As we navigate through this period of time, we find it more essential than ever to strengthen connections and support those around us.

Here we feature some of the local island businesses that we are honored to partner with

Maui Upcountry Jams and Jellies

We’d call it an old fashioned method, but there’s something about the tradition of curating jams and jellies that never gets old.  Despite the modern age of technology and on-demand, those who make jams and jellies enjoy the hands-on love and patience that goes into turning nature’s tastiest treats into something even sweeter. And while we love the sentiment we love the taste even more and that’s why we didn’t want to preserve the best for last.

One of our most loved products in our gallery gift shop is the famous Lavender Lilikoi Jelly.  We think you’d love the folks that help us make it. We teamed up with Maui Upcountry Jams & Jellies to put the lavender touch on Maui’s favorite jelly (lilikoi, mmm!) Although the lavender-infused specialties are only available through us, we highly recommend checking out a wide assortment of flavorful products that they produce locally:  jams and jellies to butters, curds, chutneys, mustards, sauces and syrups.

Here are a just a few of our favorites.

Pineapple Mustard on a hotdog fresh off the grill.

Mango Chutney, compliments to the chef, and any meat dish.

We aren’t going to officially recommend eating Guava Butter by the spoonful but we wouldn’t blame you if you did.

Thank you for always supporting local. We know it’s an effort that perpetuates Aloha globally.

Whether that mandatory cup at the break of dawn or a warm pick-me-up in the afternoon, whether black and robust or candy flavored, coffee lovers world-wide revel in this tasty beverage of all types.

Naturally, our favorite form of coffee involves our favorite herb: you guessed it, lavender. We teamed up with local coffee connoisseurs at Maui Coffee Roasters to bring our Lavender Flavored Coffee to life. We offer it fresh in our gallery gift shop or have it packaged ready to purchase, take home and enjoy.

Maui Coffee Roaster’s coffee shop is another great place to perk up and enjoy fresh beverages and a variety of food options. As they are unable to fully operate to ensure the safety of the community, we are encouraging our customers to check out their website and see their wonderful array of online products available.

From 100% Kona Coffee to locally crafted chocolates and nuts they share our passion for supporting local business. We also highly respect their assortment of MCR Logo Mugs, perfect to perk up your mug collection.

Let’s be completely honest. Right now we need cookies more than ever. Our current favorite is Kauai Kookie Kompany’s rendition of buttery, crumbly delicious Lavender Shortbread Cookie. It’s truly, as they say Love at First Bite.  We suggest it paired with a cup of cold milk or accompanied by a warm mug of Kula Calm Tea, or our favorite: crumbled over ice cream.

To stock up on tasty cookies, shop Kauai Kookie’s website.  We suggest Bite Size Banzai Furikake Cookies, Butter Guava Macadamia Nut Cookies, or for the savory cravings: Double Baked Garlic Toast.

Big Island Candies is a well known local source of sweet treats and for good reason. The consistency in flavor and quality is superb and that’s why they made the perfect painters to bring you the softest, most scrumptious Lavender Chocolate Brownies that are impossible to resist. They make them fresh locally in their Hawai’i island based bakery along with some other specialities that we enjoy.

While they are perhaps most popular for their Signature Hawaii Shortbread Cookies, we also enjoy other sweet treats like Macadamia Nut Biscotti with Milk Chocolate Waves and an assortment of Lavender Chocolate Brownies
