Ali’i Kula Lavender Maui is pleased to bring you Maui Fruit Jewels Lavender Wine Jellies. It’s a sweet treat made locally here on Maui and made with lavender loving care.
The confection specialists at Maui Fruit Jewels start off with Maui grown lavender and a chablis wine. These two ingredients are infused together to accentuate the aromatic floral notes of the chablis wine and herbaceous, woodsy lavender. They take their “sweet” time to get the flavor just right. In fact, about six months time. Once this concoction achieves the intended quality, the lavender wine is then cooked with other ingredients to remove any alcohol, making this a treat for all ages.
The resulting flavor is intensely pleasant, with just a touch of vino flair.
We love the superbly chewy texture that melts in your mouth and the delightfully lingering taste.
